Celebrating Carrie Fisher


For most, perhaps, Carrie Fisher was best known as Princess Leia, but for many she was also an inspiration because of her frank and hilarious approach to dealing with her own issues with addiction and mental illness. She showed the world that these issues do not have to fill one with shame but simply are part of the fabric of our lives. In the end, she got one final laugh out of having her ashes put to rest in a giant Prozac pill-shaped urn.
